    The Chief of Air Staff (CAS) International Squash Championship 2024 is starting in Islamabad in the first week of November. As many as seven Pakistani players are part of the 24-player draft. The 17 foreign players belong to eight countries. Ibrahim Elkabbani of Egypt, who is ranked 62 in the world, is the top seed whereas world No. 82 Noor Zaman of Pakistan is the second seed.The Pakistani players part of the final draft are Noor Zaman, Ashab Irfan, Nasir Iqbal, Tayyab Aslam, Anas Ali Shah, Abdullah Nawaz and Farhan Mehboob.The 17 foreign players are Ibrahim Elkabbani (Egypt), Perry Malik (England), Seif El-Shenawy (Egypt), Rowan Damming (The Netherlands), Darran Pragassam (Malaysia), Ong Sai Hung (Malaysia), Yassin Shohdy (Egypt), Hazem Hossam (Egypt), Hafiz Zhafri (Malaysia), Joeri Hapers (Belgium), Ducan Lee (Malaysia), Ammar Altammimi (Kuwait), Aaron Allpress (Ireland), Heston Malik (England), Mohammad Almasoud (Kuwait), Anson Wong (Hongkong) and Ahmed Saherif (Egypt).

    17th Korean Ambassador National Taekwondo Championship starts at Islamabad

    17th Korean Ambassador Cadet & Senior National Taekwondo Championship, organized by the Pakistan Taekwondo Federation, will take place from October 24 to 29 in Islamabad. The opening ceremony is being overseen by Lt Col Raja Wasim Ahmed Janjua (Retd), President of the Federation, alongside Omar Saeed, CEO of PTF, and Murtaza Hasan Bangash, Secretary General of PTF who have completed all arrangements for the event. and Chief Guest was Korean Ambassador HE Park Ki Jun, Guest of Honour Shahid ul Islam, DG PSB, and Muhammad Abbas Khan, CEO of Chakoor Ventures.

    The opening ceremony featured a cultural program and a Taekwondo demonstration by the National Team of Pakistan, which the people and guests enjoyed a lot, thanks to the cheerful gesture of the chief guest.

    impressive contests among teams from the Army, WAPDA, Punjab, HEC, Air Force, Railways, Police, Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, KPK, and Sindh. The secretaries and presidents from all provinces of Pakistan congratulated Colonel Raja Wasim Ahmed on the remarkable success of the Pakistan Taekwondo team at the 6th Asian Taekwondo Championship, where Pakistan secured the title of Asian Champion.

    Pakistan win test series by 2-1 against England at Pindi

    Pakistan defeated England by 9 wickets in pindi test and win the test match series by 2-1 on Saturday, 2024 at pindi cricket stadium Rawalpindi.

    Pakistani spin bowlers broke the backbone of English batting line up and all out the English team in second inning on just 112 runs with the magical spell by Noman Ali  who took six wickets for 42 runs and Sajid Khan who got four wickets for 69 runs. Sajid Khan got 10 wickets and Noman Ali sent 9 english players back to the pavilion in third Test played at pindi cricket stadium Rawalpindi. Saud shakeel receive man of the match award after his hundred in the first inning which played a vital role in the Pakistan inning to get the lead whereas magical spinner Sajid Khan declared man of the series award after remarkable spin bowling performance against England.

    Pakistani skipper Shan Masood said “ All the credit of wining this series goes to the new selection committee of Pakistan cricket board and management to select the best playing eleven which caused the historical victory”

    England captain Ben stokes said “ I am very much disappointed with the team performance, Pakistani bowlers performed well got the victory”

    Ahmad Nael Qureshi and Bilal Asim have advanced to the doubles final of the ITF J30 tournament in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

    Pakistani pair secured their spot in the final by defeating Mohammed Alghafli (ARU) and Ghannam Alghannam (KSA) with a score of 6-3,7-5. Both players, from Ace Tennis Academy-Pakistan, have demonstrated exceptional talent, showcasing the expertise and dedication of Pakistan’s emerging tennis talent.

    In addition to his doubles success, Bilal Asim delivered an outstanding performance in the singles quarterfinal, defeating Artem Semenov (RUS), the tournament’s top seed, who ranks among the top 300 junior players in the world. Bilal won the match 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 and qualified for the singles Semifinals.

    Mr. Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President -PTF, congratulated Ahmad Nael Qureshi and Bilal Asim on their remarkable performances and extended his best wishes for the upcoming matches. He expressed confidence that the Pakistani duo would continue to work hard and secure the championship.

    Col. Zia-ud-din Tufail (R), Secretary-General of the PTF, also congratulated Nael and Bilal, encouraging them to stay focused and bring home the title.
