    Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia -The Junior Hockey Team of Pakistan showcased an outstanding performance, with Arshad Liaqat, Sufian Khan, and Arbaz Ahmed scoring crucial goals. In a nail-biting encounter at the ongoing Junior World Hockey Cup in Kuala Lumpur, the clash between Pakistan and the Netherlands concluded in a dramatic 3-3 draw.

    The Dutch team managed to secure field goals in the 21st and 30th minutes, leaving Pakistan trailing by two goals at the end of the first half. Pakistan fought back valiantly in the third quarter, with midfielder Arshad Liaqat scoring a field goal, narrowing the deficit.

    The turning point came in the 36th minute of the third quarter when Pakistan earned a penalty corner. Sufian Khan exhibited exceptional skills, slamming a drag-flick into the goalpost, leveling the score to 2-2. The Netherlands responded with a field goal in the 47th minute, once again taking the lead. However, Pakistan’s Arbaz Ahmed swiftly equalized with a penalty corner, bringing the score to an intense 3-3.

    The match continued with both teams displaying remarkable skill and determination, but neither side could break the deadlock before the final whistle. The thrilling encounter ended in a 3-3 draw, showcasing the competitive spirit of the Junior World Hockey Cup.

    The Junior World Hockey Cup features 16 teams from around the world, including Pakistan in Pool D alongside the Netherlands, Belgium, and New Zealand. As the tournament progresses, fans can expect more exhilarating matches as teams vie for supremacy on the international stage.

    Abu Dhabi : Abut Dhabi T10 league reaches in the sky hype of the event as Deccan Gladiator defeated Norther Warriors by 8 wickets on Tuesday. Norther Warriors being batting first made 100 runs for the lost of 6 wickets James Neesham scored 31 runs and Angelo Mathews made 29 runs whereas Nuwan Thushara from Northern got 4 wickets with 12 runs.

    In reply Deccan Gladiator achieved the totlal of 104 runs in just 6.1 overs with the loss of 2 wickets and won the match with 8 wickets. Tom Kohler-Cadmore smashed great inning and made 69 runs not out. Anglo Mathews was given man of the match award.

    Islamabad : Pakistan women beat Newzealand women cricket team by 10 runs and won the three match series by 2-0 at Dunedin on Tuesday.

    Pakistan batting first and made 137-6 in 20 overs, muneeba Ali maded 35 and Alaiya Riaz scored 32 not out in just 22 balls whereas Moly Penfold and Fran Jones got two wickets each. New zealand , during chasing a low total made total of 127-7 in 20 overs and lost the match with 10 runs.

    Fatima Sana got 3 wickets with 22 runs and Sadia Iqbal got 2-29. Ali Riyad was awarded man of the match.

    Pakistan women’s team achieved yet another milestone on Tuesday, defeating New Zealand women by 10 runs in the second T20I at the University of Otago Oval (renamed Suzie Bates Oval for today’s match) in Dunedin. With this win, Pakistan Women take an unassailable lead in three-match T20I series, having defeated New Zealand women, also known as White Ferns, in the first T20I at the same venue on Sunday by seven wickets.

Wasim Akram got 2 wickets for 15 runs. In reply Delhi Bulls batting line up collapsed and all out on just 31 runs in 9.3 overs .     PFF SCRUTINY FOR ELECTIONS CONCLUDES IN 65 DISTRICTS

    Islamabad :

    The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) completed scrutiny of 65 districts for the election procedures . According to the details total of 2,934 clubs across these districts have undergone physical scrutiny, which included the organization of 1011 matches. The election process is intricately connected to the District Championship matches, serving as a possible means to grant voting rights in the PFF elections to legitimate and actively participating clubs.

    Saud Hashimi, head of the Pakistan Football Connect program, has said that for the first time, so many district matches are being played all over Pakistan. Every weekend, 80- 100 matches in 7-10 districts are being played and over 100 local football communities are deployed.

    Islamabad : Noor Zaman, who is the grand son of former world No 1 Squash Champion Qamar Zaman, defeated Mohammad Asim khan in the final of Chief of Air Staff International Squash Championship on Monday at Mushaf Squash Complex Islamabad.

    In the final Noor Zaman defeated Asim Khan by 11-8, 8-2, retired hurt (18 min) and become champion whereas in the Women final two Egyptian players were head to head in the final. Amina el Rihany  defeated Nadien Elhammamy by 13-15, 11-3, 11-7, 11-7 (48 min).

    Pakistan Squash Federation in collaboration with PAF & Serena Hotels organized Chief of the Air Staff-Serena Hotels International Squash Championship for Men & Women at Mushaf Squash Complex, Islamabad. Besides Pakistan, a group of 23 world ranking Men & Women players from Malaysia, Hong Kong, Egypt & Spain participated.   Air Marshal Mr Irfan Ahmed, HI (M) graced the final as chief guest.

    Ronnie sets another record with his name after winning the 8th title of UK championship after 30 years at the age of 48 as he won the title when he was just 17 years old so he is now the younger and older winner of UK Championship. The world No. 1 and Ding treated the supporters inside the Barbican Centre to some moments of dazzling snooker, but in the end, O’Sullivan simply proved too strong and won the battle with 10-7 frames.

    Ronnie got 250,000 Pounds award two days before his 48th birthday so it a memorable victory for him and his family ,With his victory, which comes 30 years after his first triumph as a 17-year-old, O’Sullivan becomes the youngest and oldest winner of this prestigious competition.
