WTT CHAMPIONS INCHEON STARTS AT KOREA
KHURRAM SHEHZAD: WTT Champions Incheon 2024 is the first WTT Champions event of the 2024 season. • This is the first-ever WTT Series event to be held in Korea Republic. • WTT Champions is located above WTT Star Contender and WTT Contender on the WTT Series event pyramid. • LIN Yun-Ju and WANG Yidi took home the Men’s Singles and Women’s Singles titles at the most recent WTT Champions event, claiming the honours at WTT Champions Frankfurt 2023. • SUN Yingsha and WANG Manyu hold the most Women’s Singles titles at WTT Champions events with two apiece, while WANG Chuqin is the most successful Men’s Singles player at this level with two WTT Champions titles to date. • Miwa HARIMOTO is the youngest player competing in Incheon (15) while CHUANG Chih-Yuan is the oldest player in attendance (42). • Eight players make their WTT Champions debuts: Sora MATSUSHIMA, Edward LY, OH Junsung, QUEK Izaac, KIM Nayeong, Amy WANG, Orawan PARANANG and LEE Zion. • WTT Champions Incheon 2024 offers equal prize money, with the Men’s Singles and Women’s Singles champions walking away with a winner’s cheque of USD 15,000 and 1000 ITTF Table Tennis World Ranking points.

MOUSA AL TAAMARI HATTRICK -JORDAN DEFEATED PAKISTAN BY 7-0 IN FIFA WORLD CUP 2026 QUALIFIER
KHURRAM SHEHZAD AWAN: Jordan outclassed Pakistan by 7-0 goals in FIFA world cup qualifier group G match in Jordan on 27 March, 2024 at Amman international stadium Amman, Jordan.
In the first match which is being played between both teams in islamabad, Jordan won by 3-0 and now in the second match Pakistan went down by 7-0 in a straight away victory by Jordan. Pakistan team performed below the average and neither fought back and nor planned to give tough time to Jordan in the match.

jordan star footballer Mousa Al taamari once again performed very well and scored hattrick in the match he scored first goal in 15 minutes of the match while second and third goal in the 62′ and 79th minutes respectively whereas Yazan Al Naimat scored goal in the Penalty kick at the 28th minutes of the first half, Saeed Al Roshan sored goal in the 52′. Ali Olwan in 75′ and Mohammad Abu Zaryq in 83th minutes which lasts at the end of the contest.
After this big margin win Jordan secured second position on the points table of group G with 7 points in 4 matches whereas Saudi Arabia in on the top of the points table with 10 points.

PCB SELECTION COMMITTEE DISSOLVED
Islamabad: Pakistan cricket board (PCB) selection committed headed by Wahab Riaz has been dissolved on Sunday, 2024.
According to the PCB sources current selection committed is officially dissolved by the board and new selection committee will be formed after BOG meetings soon. Test cricketers Asad Shafique, Azhar Ali and Abdul Razzaq could be the part of new selection committee.

JORDAN DEFEATED PAKISTAN 3-0 IN FIFA WORLD CUP 2026 QUALIFIER
Khurram Shehzad Awan: Jordan defeated Pakistan by 3-0 in FIFA world cup 2026 qualifier at Jinnah stadium Islamabad on 21 March, 2024.
KHURRAM SHEHZAD AWAN: The match was started with the counter attack by the Jordon and in the 2nd minutes of the first Half Mousa Al Tamari scored first goal for Jordon in a free kick and took the lead. Jordon continued attack on the post of Pakistan which results in the 9th minutes of the game Jordon got a penalty and Ali Olwan scored second goal so the score was 2-0 at the end of first half.
Pakistan team played well in the second half and tried to score goal but they were unsuccessful. In the 86th minutes of the match Mousa Al Tamari scored third goal for Jordon which lasts at the end of the match and Jordon win the match by 3-0. There were four yellow cards was issued during the match. Pakistan team received three yellow cards ( Adeel Younas 42′, Abdullah Iqbal 81′ and Muhammad Waleed Khan in 95′) whereas Jordon team got one yellow card which is received by Nizar Alrashdan in 21′.
According to the official figures 9625 spectators were present at the Jinnah stadium to witness the match.

PAKISTAN HOCKEY FEDERATION CONGRESS MEETING ELECTED TARIQ BUGTI NEW PRESIDENT PHF
Khurram Shehzad Awan : Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) congress elected Tariq Bugti as President PHF in meeting held at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad on Thursday.
Tariq Bugti got 62 votes out of 93 electoral votes and secured vote of confidence. The representatives of Pakistan sports board and Pakistan Olympic Association were also present in the meeting along with 11 departments which includes Wapda, Police, Special Servies Groups, National Bank LTD, Pakistan Customs, Port Qasim, PIA, Pak Army, Navy and Railways.
Tariq Bugti said ” PHF doors are open for everyone who wishes to serve for the restoration of our past glory in the national game. i will brief the Prime Minister of Pakistan about the development of game plan and also will investigate the elements who took unconstitutional step to made parallel body to PHF”
“Hockey is the national game of Pakistan we will world with zeal and zest to promote the game at the grass root level and will use all the available resources. We are hopeful that PM will release special grant for the promotion of national game. There will be a mega event organized in the Quetta after the Eid ul Fitr” he added

PAKISTAN HOCKEY FEDERATION UNDER BLACK CLOUDS FAKE ELECTIONS UNCONSTITUTIONAL BODY ANNOUNCED
KHURRAM SHEHZAD AWAN: National game of Pakistan hockey is passing through the worst period of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) internal politics which is destroying the whole hockey structure.
There are two bodies of PHF is working in the federation which is shameful and unconstitutional. one group of PHF has decided his body and unconstitutionally appointed Shehla Raza as a president of PHF which is totally out of the box appointment as the authority to appoint president of PHF is prime minister of Pakistan who is patron in chief of PHF he never appointed Shehla Raza as a president but PM has already nominated Tariq Bugti as a president who has 70 votes in the congress out of total 93 votes, this the the fake elections held by the one group without any member of Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) and Pakistan Sports Board (PSB).
According to PHF constitution Patron who is the PM has the powers to nominate President PHF. It is a must for PM nominated President to seek vote of Confidence from Congress which at this point of time has around 92 to 93 members. Elections in five to six districts are pending. in today’s meeting held in Karachi, 22 out of 93 Congress members were present.
No one from Balochistan. Just one out of 16 from KPK. Five out of around 45 from Punjab and rest from Sindh participated in Congress meeting which was unconstitutional. THE PHF congress will meet on 21 March at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad.
