    The pakistan cricket board (PCB) announces the postponement of the remaining eight matches of the HBL PSL X due to the increased tension on the LOC and firing of surface to surface missiles from India. The decision of the postpone has been taken pursuant to the advice of the Prime minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif.

    The PCB and its players stand resolutely in solidarity with the families of the martyrs and our security personnel defending the nation.

    The mega event Gyeyang Open Archery championship 2025 is all ready to start at Gyeyang South Korea from 20 May, 2025 to 25 Nay, 2025. All the participants are eager to take part in this event to show their skills for getting medals.

    The opening ceremony of the event will take place on 20 May, 2025 as all the arrangements are ready to welcome the athletes and officials around the globe including Men and Women categories.

    The chairperson of organizing committee Whan Yun said

    “Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, is a city with the best infrastructure and natural environment for hosting international sports events. Located just 30 minutes from Incheon International Airport and near Seoul, it offers excellent accessibility from around the world.

    The Gyeyang Asiad Archery Field, where the preliminary rounds will take place, is a state-of-the-art venue that meets World Archery (WA) standards. With a seating capacity of up to 1,000 spectators and an optimal aiming environment, it was built for the 2014 Incheon Asian Games and has successfully hosted major international and domestic competitions, including the Asian Games and the National Sports Festival.

    The final rounds will be held at Gyeyang Araon Suhyangwon, introducing a new paradigm for archery competitions. This venue preserves the beauty of a traditional Korean garden, offering a unique setting where athletes can compete in harmony with nature. It provides an exceptional experience where traditional Korean aesthetics and modern sports come together for both athletes and spectators.

    The fifth and final T20 match between the Pakistan and Australia Women’s Blind Cricket Teams was unfortunately abandoned due to a wet outfield at Wally Tate Park, Queensland. Persistent rain made the conditions unplayable, resulting in the cancellation of the match.

    With the series ending in a 1-1 draw, both teams displayed outstanding talent and sportsmanship despite weather disruptions. Pakistan won the first T20 match, while Australia leveled the series with a win in the third match.

FIFA started volunteer programme in December 2020 and now its becoming the largest volunteer programme with more than one million volunteers which is a remarkable achievement.

    The number reflects the importance of volunteers in delivering FIFA tournaments where they perform a variety of crucial roles which include greeting legends, finding seats for fans, carrying flags, supporting the media and preparing accreditation passes. 

    So far, the FIFA Volunteer Programme has been activated at 21 tournaments and events including the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, where 20,000 volunteers supported the competition after being selected from a record 420,000 applications, and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™.

    now for the upcoming FIFA club world cup 2025, FIFA started once again the volunteer programme for the youngster to become the part of this mega event which requires 9000 volunteers.

Noor Zaman after a nail biting contest defeated the Egyptian No 2 seat Kaleem Altorkey by 3-2 (5-11, 12-14, 11-8, 11-5,11-6) in the final of the U-23 mens world squash championship 2025.

    Noor Zaman becomes the only squash player ever from pakistan who got this title. He is the grand son of the legend squash player of pakistan former world champion Qamar Zaman. Pakistan squash federation in their official statement congratulates the winner Noor Zaman
